Chujo Maximilian Harmon

CTF Chujo Maximilian Harmon Maximilian Harmon was born in 2081 in Regina, Saskatchewan, in the North District of the Federated States of America (formerly Canada). Growing up in a family of Canadian nationalists he was often regaled with stories of the old days of a free and independent Canada. Therefore it was of little surprise that from his teen years he began to rebel against the oppressive regime of the FSA. Starting with simple acts of independent vandalism he soon fell in with organised cells of activists and more militant voices. Maximilian soon gained a reputation for cool headed leadership and a fierce devotion to the cause. He rose in status in the local and regional operations and even at his comparatively young age was considered a voice of authority. His first association with the United Nations and the Æon Trinity was during this time after serving alongside an Æon section Minerva team who offered covert assistance in freeing some FSA prisoners. The Campaign Concept

Our player characters will be a part of a UN sponsored task force heading out to an extra-solar system. The campaign will begin on "Absolute Zero" station on Vesta, the second largest body in the Asteroid Belt and site of the attack in 2105 that signalled the return of the Aberrants. “A-Naught” is the belt’s equivalent of a frontier town, offering shops, restaurants, and entertainment to miners and refinery workers. It’s also the main outer-system base for the UN Space Guard and the Seventh Legion. Most ships heading farther out of the solar system stop here for supplies and maintenance and hence it will be here that our characters find themselves as the various elements of the mission muster and assemble. The task force is based around the Leviathan jump ship "Odysseus". Odysseus himself carries a selection of support craft within his internal bays; a full fighter squadron and eight space/atmosphere hybrid transports. Added to this, four Orgotek

How it begins....or "why I've dumped all my other campaigns to run Trinity again"

There is a lot of shit about at present; globally, nationally, locally and personally. The last few years have had some dreadful events (affecting me both directly and indirectly) and 2019 is shaping up to be cast in a similar image. To this end I feel like I need some positive escapism in my gaming, with something that even though it may have dramatic or tragic moments, is ultimately hopeful and optimistic. As points of reference I mean "hope" like that of the first Star Wars film (Episode IV) and the optimistic outlook of Classic Star Trek. I need the sense of heroic adventure of the pulps i.e. Flash Gordon and Buck Rogers. I obviously can't completely cut myself off from negative imagery in the world, and that isn't my intention. But I can avoid steeping myself in it for "fun". I'm not ruling out that I may occasionally wish to include elements of horror, tension or threat in whatever game I run but I would like to do that in an a
